Nu Chi Ques Rooftop Party 2015

Nu Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc hosted their annual rooftop party at Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis. The party featured host Joe Torry and special musical guest Jon B. There was even a surprise appearance of Cedric the Entertainer as a special VIP guest.
